Part-Time Resident Manager/ Leasing Agent Needed

A fantastic opportunity is available at an established real estate and property management company on the Westside of Los Angeles. Our properties are professionally managed, well maintained and have excellent rental and eye appeal. This position is for immediate hire, and we will train the right candidate. This position includes reduced rent, plus salary and rental bonuses.

Responsibilities:

·       Overseeing the property management of residential apartment building

·       Rent Collection

·       Maintenance Supervision

·       Leasing apartments for rent

·       Property Inspections

·       Basic computer skills
