Full-Time Property Manager/ Leasing Agent Needed

A fantastic opportunity is available at an established real estate and property management company on the Westside of Los Angeles. Our properties are professionally managed, well maintained and have excellent rental and eye appeal. This position is for immediate hire, and we will train the right candidate. This is a salary position plus bonuses for apartment rentals.

Responsibilities:

·       Overseeing the property management of residential apartment buildings

·       Rent Collections

·       Maintenance Supervision

·       Leasing apartments for rent

·       Property Inspections

·       Excellent communication skills both written and oral

·       Basic computer skills

·       Attention to detail, team mentality and positive attitude.
